We will be featuring the following bottles:

An independently bottled single malt from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay, this bottle was distilled and laid down in 2004 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2008 as part of their connoisseur's choice range. This malt features a creamy palate with a lingering smoky finish.
Loch Lomond 12-Year-Old
A distinctive whisky made in a distinctive distillery, (Loch Lomond is unique in using more than one type of still to create their range of fine single malts) this whisky has a distinctive background flavour and a hint of peat smokiness.
A Highland bourbon cask matured single malt whisky, Inchmurrin is light and fresh with layers of lemon, tangerine and pear with ginger and liquorice highlights. A perfect introduction to the world of single malt whisky.
Aged for a minimum of 12 years in a mix of recharred American oak and refill bourbon American oak casks to give sweet vanilla background notes with sweet smouldering peat smoke. This whisky has a warming spiciness with a smoky, citrusy finish
The youngest but not least of the five, this fine single malt from the famous Speyside region of Scotland this multi-award winning malt is rich and delicately spiced with flavours of rich sherry, chocolate and fruit with just the perfect touch of light peaty smokiness.
