Security for online orders
The security of your online purchase is of paramount importance to us. All transactions are processed by PayPal using the latest available security technology. All data sent to our server, to PayPal, and the data returned to you when viewing a secure page is encrypted to prevent unauthorised persons intercepting your details. When you enter the checkout area of our site you will move to our secure server.
We offer both Credit Card and PayPal payment methods. We do not store or hold your credit card details.These payments are processed directly by PayPal, and you can be assured that your online security is paramount. You can read more about PayPal here

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Next Day, weekday delivery charges to most UK mainland destinations (click here for postcode areas where additional delivery charges apply) are included in the hamper price quoted. Saturday deliveries carry an additional charge and are only available in some areas.

We reserve the right to change carriage prices in the event of an increase in fuel supplements.
All mail order hampers are securely packed in a Lewis & Cooper postal carton for transport purposes.
Delivery Address Information
Please note that after despatch, any changes to the hamper delivery address will incur additional charges.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order.
We regret that we are not able to accept orders to an address containing a PO Box number.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the hamper has been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in good condition. In these circumstances Lewis & Cooper will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing.
It is the policy of Lewis & Cooper to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Every effort will be made to supply the items as specified. However, the contents of the Hampers are subject to demand, availability and ruling prices. Lewis & Cooper reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value, should the need arise. You are within your rights to decline any such substitute items. In this event you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will make arrangements to collect them from your address. You will receive a refund of the value of any such goods returned to us unopened within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.
The hampers and gift boxes pictured contain only the items listed.
Claims for damage or loss in transit will be met provided the goods are signed for on receipt as either ‘damaged' or ‘unexamined' and we are informed at once and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and Lewis & Cooper may wish to make arrangements for return of the goods to us at our expense. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the senders name and address. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may place an order with Lewis & Cooper Ltd if the goods contain alcohol.
Lewis & Cooper Ltd is compliant with the Data Protection Act. When you order, we will receive personal or company details which enable us to process your order. We will not pass your details on to any third party organisation and will treat your details with complete confidentiality. We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to Lewis & Cooper Ltd and its associated businesses only. If you do not wish to receive such material then you may contact us on 01609 777 700 and we will remove your details from our mailing list. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them.
We offer next-day delivery service to most UK mainland destinations via our couriers,FedEx.Orders must be recieved by 12:00 noon, (GMT) Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery. Orders received before 12:00 noon on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Monday.Saturday and Bank Holiday deliveries carry an additional charge and may notavailable in all areas.
The United Kingdom includes the UK mainland, Northern Ireland , and all of the Islands including The Channel Islands and Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly. However, outside of the UK mainland and for some destinations within UK mainland ,our couriers apply additional charges which will be automatically added to your delivery price at checkout. If you are ordering from abroad, for delivery in the UK, and need to check GMT to determine time of order placement you may wish to consult the World Clock .
Orders Placed on Fridays , Saturdays & Sundays
Friday before 12.00 noon (GMT): Unless a Saturday delivery is requested, the earliest day for delivery is the following Monday.
Friday after 12.00 noon (GMT): The earliest day for delivery is the following Tuesday
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, it may be delayed due to inclement weather beyond our control.
Saturday deliveries carry an additional charge and are only available in some areas. There are no Saturday delivery options to Northern Ireland .
You will be notified of the additional amount payable at point of purchase and given the option to re-select a standard delivery option if required. Orders for Saturday delivery should be placed before 12.00 noon (GMT) on Friday. Please contact us for further information.
Courier deliveries are made up to 6:30pm - the courier is not able to specify delivery times.
Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. If the recipient is out when our courier calls they will leave a card asking the recipient to make contact to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Two weekday delivery attempts are included in the delivery charge. Subsequent delivery attempts and address re-directions after despatch are chargeable. If the recipient fails to make contact with the courier in good time, the goods will be automatically returned to Lewis & Cooper Ltd and a charge will be made for the return and re-delivery of the goods to the original or alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.
At point of order the purchaser can leave ‘if out' instructions to be attached to the goods e.g. If out please leave with neighbour . Lewis & Cooper cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of goods where an ‘if out' instruction has been issued by the purchaser.
If the hamper is being sent as a gift, we would advise that you call the recipient to let them know to expect a delivery. Some customers find it helpful to send hampers to the recipient's work address.

We reserve the right to refuse any International orders on the basis of a particular countries customs and prohibitions which do vary from time to time.
Lewis & Cooper cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any item contained within the hamper or charge any import duty. This is unfortunately outside of our control and as such, you, the customer, will be responsible for any such charges.
We will not send any fresh items overseas as the variable delivery timescales mean we cannot guarantee that fresh items will not perish in transit.
