Further Statement on Undelivered Hamper Orders In The Run-Up to Christmas

New Statement on Christmas Hamper Orders 

 

To our valued customers: We have posted updates on our site concerning IT/logistics issues prior to Christmas which meant we were unable to deliver a number of hamper orders. We regret that we will be unable to deliver these hampers and we apologise unreservedly for our failure in this respect and for the embarrassment and stress this has caused. 

We are anxious to resolve all outstanding orders by issuing full refunds for undelivered hampers. Please contact our Senior Director jon.hindley@btinternet.com to claim a full refund, quoting the order number, billing and recipient names and addresses for any undelivered hampers.
