Two weekday delivery attempts are included in the delivery charge. Subsequent delivery attempts and address re-directions after despatch are chargeable. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.
At point of order the purchaser can leave ‘if out' instructions to be attached to the goods e.g. If out please leave with neighbour . Lewis & Cooper cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of goods where an ‘if out' instruction has been issued by the purchaser.
