We make our puddings the way our forefathers did, selecting only the finest of ingredients: succulent Chilean raisins, sun ripened in the vineyards of Santiago; raw cane sugar from the West Indies; oak aged Hereford cider; full bodied Claret and a generous lacing of Hennessy Cognac; all infused with spices from the Orient. Lewis & Cooper handmade puddings combine all the elements of a traditional pudding and yet remain light and lively.
