Wild Old Tom champions native botanicals. We explore the headland and roam the moors in search of gorse and gooseberry to create the wildest member of the Whitby Gin family.

Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic.

Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin Whitby Gin - Wild Old Tom. Pair with 150ml of Lemon Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon & fresh mint.

Palate:Aromatic vanilla and nutty notes come through from the gorse which is perfectly balanced by balmy gooseberry. A touch of honey brings out the sweet botanical flavour.

Appearance: A warming golden glow

Nose: Light vanilla notes with a subtle hint of fruitiness.
